    In our sessions, we zoom in on what’s really tripping you up—procrastination, time‑blindness, emotional overwhelm, follow‑through, decision fatigue—and build simple, sustainable strategies you can start using right away. You get a coach who understands ADHD at a nervous‑system level and will both validate your experience and lovingly call you forward.

  • From Scattered to Steady is a 6‑week small-group coaching and education series for adults with ADHD who are done feeling scattered and want steady, sustainable change.

    You’ll learn how your brain actually works, get practical tools for procrastination, productivity, emotional regulation, routines, impulsivity, and the gut–brain connection, and apply them in real time with support from a coach and a small group that truly gets it.

    Across six weekly sessions plus one private 1:1 session, you’ll walk away more self‑aware, better equipped, and clearer on what you need next—whether that’s ongoing coaching, new systems, or simply more compassion for your ADHD brain.
