Welcome to Kortex ADHD Coaching!

I work with women, entrepreneurs, parents, and students who are navigating the real-life ups and downs of ADHD — helping them trade overwhelm and burnout for emotional regulation.​

My approach isn’t about “try harder” advice. It’s about blending neuroscience-informed coaching, mindfulness, and practical strategies that actually work in the messy, everyday moments of life.

I am an ICF-accredited Coach, trained in both Executive Function and ADHD Coaching,  with 5 years of experience supporting more than 100 ADHD clients, and always up to date on the latest research.

I have witnessed my clients transform — at home, in school, and in their careers — by building systems that grow with them and learning how their brain works.
