From Scattered to Steady is a 6-week small-group coaching program for adults with ADHD who are tired of working twice as hard just to stay afloat.

This isn’t about “trying harder” or fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how your brain actually works — and building systems, routines, and supports that work with it.

About:

Over six weeks, you’ll learn how executive functions, nervous system regulation, emotional load, and burnout all impact your ability to follow through — and how to design ADHD-friendly strategies that reduce overwhelm and create real momentum.

Each week blends education, coaching, reflection, and practical implementation so you’re not just learning why things are hard — you’re actively changing how you move through your days.

Topics Include:

  • The ADHD Brain

    First step to navigating your ADHD is understanding executive functions.

  • Burnout & Emotional Regulation

    Why ADHD brains burn out faster, how nervous system dysregulation drives overwhelm and shutdown.

  • Implusivity

    Why ADHD impulsivity isn’t a lack of self-control but a regulation issue — and how to pause, choose, and follow through without shutting yourself down.

  • The Gut-Brain Connection

    How gut health directly impacts focus, mood, motivation, and emotional regulation — and why supporting the gut is a non-negotiable part of ADHD sustainability.

  • Productivity & Procrastination

    Why starting feels harder than doing, identify your personal procrastination patterns, and learn strategies that reduce emotional load and bypass paralysis.

  • Routines & Systems

    Why ADHD brains struggle with habits — and how to build flexible, external systems that support follow-through without relying on discipline or willpower.

Course structure

6 weeks | $250 per person | 6 participants max per cohort

  • 1x 1:1  coaching session to map out your goals and challenges

  • 6x weekly group sessions: Education + fireside-style coaching with a focused topic each week. Each session is recorded for participants who may miss a session.

  • Office Hours - 30 additional minutes after each session to ask questions

  • Support + connection from peers who get it—because you’re not doing this alone
