From Scattered to Steady is a 6-week small-group coaching program for adults with ADHD who are tired of working twice as hard just to stay afloat.
This isn’t about “trying harder” or fixing yourself. It’s about understanding how your brain actually works — and building systems, routines, and supports that work with it.
About:
Over six weeks, you’ll learn how executive functions, nervous system regulation, emotional load, and burnout all impact your ability to follow through — and how to design ADHD-friendly strategies that reduce overwhelm and create real momentum.
Each week blends education, coaching, reflection, and practical implementation so you’re not just learning why things are hard — you’re actively changing how you move through your days.

How gut health directly impacts focus, mood, motivation, and emotional regulation — and why supporting the gut is a non-negotiable part of ADHD sustainability.

Why starting feels harder than doing, identify your personal procrastination patterns, and learn strategies that reduce emotional load and bypass paralysis.

Course structure
6 weeks | $250 per person | 6 participants max per cohort
1x 1:1 coaching session to map out your goals and challenges
6x weekly group sessions: Education + fireside-style coaching with a focused topic each week. Each session is recorded for participants who may miss a session.
Office Hours - 30 additional minutes after each session to ask questions
