Does your brain hurt from navigating ADHD?

Over the past 5 years, I've helped 100+ people with ADHD understand their brain and  develop personalized, sustainable systems.

I don't offer temporary fixes—I empower clients to navigate challenges by creating long-term strategies specific to their ADHD experience.

Work with your brain - not against it

Kortex ADHD Coaching  virtually partners with adults and students with ADHD to co-create personalized systems that alleviate frustration and overwhelm, by addressing roadblocks and utilizing a client-led approach that focuses on coaching the person, not the problem.

“Kristen, you are so present. You're actively listening to not only what I am saying but what my body is saying, and you validate me in the right moments."

I'm Kristen & I'm the Founder of Kortex ADHD Coaching.

My journey to this point began with my own struggles in university. I didn't understand how my brain worked, was unaware of available resources, and felt ashamed to ask for help. This experience inspired me to support students and others who face similar challenges.

I've dedicated my life to education, from once being a frustrated student to an overwhelmed teacher. Throughout my work I witnessed countless students "fall through the cracks" due to the educational system not being built for them. This realization motivated me to work alongside the educational system provide students with the support they truly need.

My approach centers on empowering clients to understand their brains and create effective systems, rather than enabling them to repeat patterns they're trying to break. As the saying goes, "Give someone directions, and they'll find one place. Teach them to read a map, and they'll find a thousand places."

By equipping clients with knowledge and skills, I strive to foster long-term independence and success.
