ADHD Coaching for Women in Business

You know what to do.
That has never been the problem.

The problem is how hard it can be to start, prioritize, stay regulated, and follow through when your executive functions are under strain.

I help women with ADHD build brain-aligned ways of working so business stops feeling like constant recovery mode.

Practical, neuroscience-informed ADHD coaching for women, entrepreneurs, and high-responsibility professionals.

You know what you “should” be doing…

Plan ahead. Stay consistent.
Keep up. Follow through.

When you have ADHD, the problem is often not knowledge.

It’s executive functioning.

That is why traditional advice can leave you feeling more frustrated, more ashamed, and more confused about why nothing seems to stick.

I help you understand the pattern before we chase the strategy.

Together, we look at how ADHD is actually showing up in your life and work — not how it “should” look on paper.

That may include:

  • task initiation

  • follow-through

  • time blindness

  • overwhelm

  • emotional regulation

  • decision fatigue

  • inconsistent motivation

Once you understand the pattern, you can stop forcing systems that were never built for your brain.

What clients are saying…

“As a ski guide, my job demands a lot of mental bandwidth—planning trips, managing risk, and staying focused in the mountains.

At home, though, I often felt scattered and overwhelmed trying to keep up with everyday responsibilities.

Working with Kristen helped me understand how my ADHD brain actually works and gave me practical strategies to stay organized and follow through. I’m more focused at work and much more balanced at home. It’s been a huge shift.”

— Mountain Professional

“Kristen was always very friendly and welcoming and made our sessions feel like a safe space where I could be comfortable sharing things that I felt vulnerable about.

She helped me figure out my brain to make systems that made sense for me and my hectic life.”

“Before working with Kristen, running my business felt like constant chaos.

I had ideas, motivation, and big goals, but behind the scenes I was drowning in unfinished tasks, missed follow-ups, and feeling like I could never quite get ahead.

Kristen helped me understand how my ADHD was actually impacting the way I worked and guided me in building systems that finally made sense for my brain.

Now I’m more focused, more organized, and my business feels sustainable instead of overwhelming.”

Hi! I’m Kristen Begg- Founder of Kortex ADHD Coaching, located in Revelstoke BC, offering both virtual and in-person services!

I provide practical, neuroscience-informed coaching designed to help women and entrepreneurs with ADHD better understand their brains and build sustainable systems that support clarity, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

Many adults with ADHD know what they “should” do—plan ahead, stay organized, manage their time—but struggle to implement these strategies consistently due to executive function challenges. Coaching bridges the gap between knowing and doing by helping clients co-create personalized systems that work with their brain, not against it.

Through one-on-one coaching, courses, workshops, and community education, I support clients in replacing shame with strategy and overwhelm with sustainable systems.
