Does your brain hurt from navigating ADHD?
Over the past 5 years, I've helped 100+ people with ADHD understand their brain and develop personalized, sustainable systems.
I don't offer temporary fixes—I empower clients to navigate challenges by creating long-term strategies specific to their ADHD experience.

Work with your brain - not against it
Kortex ADHD Coaching virtually partners with adults and students with ADHD to co-create personalized systems that alleviate frustration and overwhelm, by addressing roadblocks and utilizing a client-led approach that focuses on coaching the person, not the problem.
“Kristen, you are so present. You're actively listening to not only what I am saying but what my body is saying, and you validate me in the right moments."

I'm Kristen & I'm the Founder of
Kortex ADHD Coaching.
My journey to this point began with my own struggles in university. I didn't understand how my brain worked, was unaware of available resources, and felt ashamed to ask for help. This experience inspired me to support students and others who face similar challenges.
My first introduction to ADHD Coaching allowed me to move from Vancouver to Revelstoke in 2020, and naturally, I secured my first local client on the Stoke Chair, and now a member of the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce.
As the founder of Kortex ADHD Coaching, I bring over 5 years of experience coaching more than 100 individuals with ADHD, helping them understand their neurological wiring and develop adaptable, sustainable systems that work.
My vision is to contribute to my community by providing ADHD Coaching and sharing my expertise as widely and openly as possible.
I have witnessed the intense struggles of parents who feel overwhelmed and the heartache of bright students in an educational system that is not made for them. My success with my clients has shown me that with the proper support, ADHD does not have to dictate a student's academic trajectory or a family's overall well-being.
By equipping clients with knowledge and skills, I strive to foster long-term independence and success.

"Thank you for being able to acknowledge how truly hard ADHD is, I appreciate the accountability pieces too."
