ADHD COACHING THAT IS EMPOWERING, HONEST, AND ACCESSIBLE

When you have ADHD, knowing what to do
is not the problem.

The Problem: When your executive functions are under strain, it can be hard to start, prioritize, stay regulated, and follow through.

I help women with ADHD build brain-aligned ways of working so work and life stop feeling like you’re in constant recovery mode.

Kortex ADHD Coaching specializes in support for outdoor and business professionals

- especially female entrepreneurs.

Upcoming Event:

ADHD & Women

Saturday, July 4th from 5 PM - 7 PM - Flourish Bakery Revelstoke

Explore how ADHD shows up differently in women, why it’s often overlooked, and what support women actually need.

Join us for an important conversation about how ADHD often shows up differently in women, why it is so frequently overlooked, and what meaningful, effective support can actually look like.

When you have ADHD, the problem is often not knowledge.

You know what you should be doing…
Planning ahead. Staying consistent.
Keeping up.

Following through.

When you have ADHD, the problem is often not knowledge.

It’s executive functioning.

Traditional advice can leave you feeling more frustrated, more ashamed, and more confused about why nothing works for you.

I help you understand your patterns before we chase the strategy.

What clients are saying:

“As a ski guide, my job demands a lot of mental bandwidth—planning trips, managing risk, and staying focused in the mountains.

At home, though, I often felt scattered and overwhelmed trying to keep up with everyday responsibilities.

Working with Kristen helped me understand how my ADHD brain actually works and gave me practical strategies to stay organized and follow through. I’m more focused at work and much more balanced at home. It’s been a huge shift.”

— Mountain Professional

“Before working with Kristen, running my business felt like constant chaos.

I had ideas, motivation, and big goals, but behind the scenes, I was drowning in unfinished tasks, missed follow-ups, and feeling like I could never quite get ahead.

Kristen helped me understand how my ADHD was actually impacting the way I worked and guided me in building systems that finally made sense for my brain.

Now I’m more focused, more organized, and my business feels sustainable instead of overwhelming.”

— Woman Entrepreneur

Meet Kristen:

Hi, I’m Kristen Begg, founder of Kortex ADHD Coaching in Revelstoke, BC.

I support women with ADHD — especially entrepreneurs and high-responsibility professionals — who know what to do but struggle to do it consistently. Through practical, neuroscience-informed coaching and education, I help clients move from overwhelm and shame toward clarity, regulation, and sustainable follow-through.

My work helps clients understand the executive function patterns behind overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, inconsistency, and burnout so they can build practical systems that actually support how their brains work.
