If you’ve been living with ADHD, you know this truth in your bones: the world wasn’t built for your brain.
What you don’t need is another "quick fix."
What you do need is something deeper—something that meets your brain with compassion, clarity, and strategy.
That’s exactly what I do as an ADHD coach. I don’t offer short-term solutions or one-size-fits-all routines. I help you build long-term systems—tailored to your lived experience of ADHD.
Together, we develop strategies that grow with you instead of breaking down when life gets messy.
You're not lacking discipline- You need better design
Most clients come to me believing they need more willpower and motivation, and that they need to stop procrastinating. But willpower is often not the issue -
You’ve been using tools that weren’t designed for your brain.
That’s why we focus on system design. When the system is right for your mind, you don’t have to fight yourself to use it. In fact, it becomes a form of self-trust.
Imagine:
-
Checking your calendar and not feeling panic, or visual overwhelm
-
Starting tasks without a 2-hour warm-up spiral, and having a clear where-to-start plan
-
Ending your day proud of progress and small wins, not crushed by guilt
It’s not just possible. It’s probable—with the right strategies.
Real Tools. Real Life. Real You.
Hi! My name is Kristen -
Kortex Founder & ADHD Coach!

My journey to this point began with my own struggles in university. I didn't understand how my brain worked, was unaware of available resources, and felt ashamed to ask for help. This experience inspired me to support students and others who face similar challenges. My first introduction to ADHD Coaching allowed me to move from Vancouver to Revelstoke in 2020, and naturally, I secured my first local client on the Stoke Chair, and now a member of the Revelstoke Chamber of Commerce. As the founder of Kortex ADHD Coaching, I bring over 5 years of experience coaching more than 100 individuals with ADHD, helping them understand their neurological wiring and develop adaptable, sustainable systems that work. My vision is to contribute to my community by providing ADHD Coaching and sharing my expertise as widely and openly as possible. I have witnessed the intense struggles of parents who feel overwhelmed and the heartache of bright students in an educational system that is not made for them. My success with my clients has shown me that with the proper support, ADHD does not have to dictate a student's academic trajectory or a family's overall well-being. By equipping clients with knowledge and skills, I strive to foster long-term independence and success.
