ADHD Consulting, Workshops & Speaking

ADHD is often misunderstood in professional, educational, and community settings. When executive function challenges go unrecognized, they can affect organization, follow-through, emotional regulation, communication, and decision-making in ways that are often mistaken for disengagement, inconsistency, or lack of capability.

Through consulting, workshops, and speaking engagements, I help organizations better understand how ADHD actually shows up in real life — and translate that understanding into practical strategies that support clarity, regulation, and sustainable performance.

My work bridges the gap between learning about ADHD and building environments that help people work, learn, and contribute more successfully.
