Upcoming: Kootenay Women Summit 2026
Keynote Speaker | October 22–23, 2026
Prestige Mountain Resort | Rossland, BC
I’m excited to be joining the Kootenay Women Summit as a keynote speaker this October.
The Summit brings together women entrepreneurs, creatives, professionals, and community leaders from across the Kootenays for two days of learning, connection, and growth.
This year’s theme — The Revolution in Her Begins Within — creates space for conversations about the internal patterns that shape how we work, lead, grow, and define success.
My keynote will bring an ADHD and executive-function lens to that conversation, particularly around the experiences of capable women who may be carrying far more behind the scenes than others realize.
Workshops & Speaking Topics:
Sessions can be adapted to fit your audience, organization, or event.
ADHD in Women
Why ADHD is so often overlooked in women, how it can show up beyond the stereotypes, and what meaningful support looks like.
ADHD & Entrepreneurship
A practical look at executive function, prioritization, follow-through, burnout, and building a business that doesn’t depend on urgency.
Knowing What to Do Isn’t the Problem
Understanding the executive-function gap between intention and action — and why more discipline is rarely the answer.
Executive Function at Work
Why capable people can struggle with starting, prioritizing, working memory, time, and follow-through — and how workplaces can reduce unnecessary friction.
ADHD, Burnout & Emotional Regulation
Understanding the relationship between ADHD, capacity, emotional intensity, overworking, and recovery.
Neurodivergent Leadership
Practical support for leaders navigating ADHD while managing decisions, people, competing priorities, and significant responsibility.
Sessions can be delivered as:
Keynotes
Interactive workshops
Professional development sessions
Panels and facilitated conversations
Community education
Virtual or in-person presentations
Whether I’m speaking to entrepreneurs, professionals, parents, educators, or community members, the goal is the same:
Less judgment. More understanding. Practical support people can actually use.
My work focuses on making ADHD and executive function easier to understand — without shame, overly clinical language, or another list of things people “should” be doing.
I offer engaging, practical workshops and speaking sessions for businesses, professional groups, community organizations, and events.
Sessions can explore ADHD in women, executive function at work, burnout, emotional regulation, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the gap between knowing what to do and actually being able to do it consistently.
Every session is designed to leave people with a better understanding of why certain things feel hard and what meaningful support can actually look like.
