Hi! My name is Kristen & I am an ADHD Coach.

My journey began as a university student. I struggled to understand my own brain and often felt inadequate in the academic world. I refused help out of shame and felt lost when trying to access available resources. My own academic hardships, combined with my decade of experience working in education, showed me how many people needed support beyond what our education system could offer.
While I haven't been formally diagnosed with ADHD, I am often asked “Are you sure?!”. My family's ongoing struggles with ADHD have given me a deep understanding of the true barriers it creates. I've witnessed the frustration and guilt felt by ADHD parents who feel like nothing is working. I have also felt the heartbreak of brilliant ADHD students who are failing within a system which isn't designed for them. I believe with the right support ADHD doesn't have to define a student's academic experience or a family's well-being.
I've immersed myself in the world of ADHD, and I'm genuinely passionate about it. I've read the books, listened to the podcasts, and to further solidify my expertise I completed an 8-month intensive course focusing specifically on coaching adults and students with ADHD . This certification solidified my coaching practice, which is especially important to me being in an unregulated profession.
For the past 5 years, I have helped my clients create a path forward to understand their ADHD and have systems which work. I have the emails and I have the letters, and believe me- my clients feel heard, understood, and know they know they can be successful.
